1946
Michiaki Takaki established a beauty material wholesale company "DARIYA Shokai."
During the postwar era, when resources were scarce, DRIYA saw long lines of hairdressers every morning seeking cold wave solution (perm solution) at his store. At that time, DARIYA contributed to the expansion of the postwar perm boom by lending "electric perm" equipment, which was highly valued, under a "Lend without charge and without demanding repayment" system to beauty salon owners.

1967
"DARIYA Shokai" was reorganized into "DARIYA Co., Ltd."
From the post-war period (1945-) through the high economic growth era to the Heisei period (1989-2019), Dariya held key positions in many industry organizations and devoted efforts to industry development based on "mutual prosperity" such as curbing price competition. DARIYA generously shared and disclosed its proprietary expertise, including its training program system, and supported the growth of other companies.

DARIYA held a competition where young hairdressers competed with their skills.
The contest was held to support industry development through human resource cultivation. Initially held at the head office, it quickly gained popularity among up-and-coming stylists as "Daricon" and expanded rapidly. Over the years, it has expanded in scale and become established as a beauty event, "Asia Beauty Congress (ABC)."

1976
DARIYA Beauty Center opened at the new head office building.
DARIYA Beauty Center has now scaled up both in quality and quantity to become "B-ZONE," a professional shop trusted by the beauty industry. In addition to developing directly managed stores throughout western Japan, we unconditionally accepted requests from other companies in the same industry wanting to open stores in the same format. As a result, "B-ZONE" established nationwide, becoming a popular spot for young hairdressers and beauty students.

1991
DARIART Corporation was established.
DARIART Co., Ltd. was established as a company that supports new beauty salon openings. It provides total support from funding planning to marketing and interior design.

1998
The logistics center was completed in Kamimuta, Fukuoka City.
This logistics base was established ahead of other companies as a beauty products distributor.
Sales staff no longer need to deliver products directly, allowing them to focus their energy on making proposals. In addition, DARIYA openly shared its logistics center expertise and systems with other companies in the industry, encouraging them to "come and see."
