On Tuesday, February 17, 2026, DALIA Kanto Branch hosted the recruitment event ‘D-LiVE SCHOOL NAVI’ for beauty school students at TRUNK(HOTEL) in Jingumae, Tokyo.
This recruitment event served as a bridge connecting students poised to lead the next generation of the beauty industry with participating salons. On the day, 30 salons from the Kanto area exhibited, and 250 students aspiring to become future creators attended. The venue was filled with excitement throughout the event.

■ Part 1: NAVI GUIDANCE
During the salon booth-style guidance sessions, students were seen eagerly listening to each salon's vision and educational curriculum, enabling them to engage in meaningful communication with the salons.

■ Part 2: NAVI STAGE (Hair Stage)
The second part featured the spectacular hair stage show ‘NAVI STAGE’ by 20 popular salons. Beauty students experienced model demonstrations across a total of 5 stages up close. The intense focus of top stylists, their honed skills and refined sense—here lay the concentrated appeal and pride of the hairdressing profession. Attendees enjoyed a special experience available only at this event.
