Over 300 hairdressers and beauty school students gathered together!
DALIA Kanto Branch hosted the recruitment event ‘D-LiVE SCHOOL NAVI 2026 Yokohama’ for beauty school students.

On Tuesday, March 10, 2026, Dalia Kanto Branch hosted “D-LiVE SCHOOL NAVI,” the first recruitment event for beauty students in the Yokohama area, at the InterContinental Yokohama Grand (Hotel).
This recruitment event served as a bridge connecting students poised to lead the next generation of the beauty industry with participating salons. On the day, 20 salons from the Kanto area exhibited, and 140 students aspiring to become future creators attended. The venue was filled with an energy befitting the event’s inaugural edition.

■ Part 1: NAVI GUIDANCE
During the guidance session, which was held in a salon-style booth format, many students listened intently to the “passionate aspirations” shared by the salons, leading to meaningful exchanges where the salons’ visions intersected with the students’ dreams.

■ Part 2: NAVI STAGE (hair stage)
The second part featured the spectacular hair stage show ‘NAVI STAGE’ by 20 popular salons. Beauty students experienced model demonstrations across a total of 5 stages up close. The intense focus of top stylists, their honed skills and refined sense—here lay the concentrated appeal and pride of the hairdressing profession. Attendees enjoyed a special experience available only at this event.
