June is globally known as Pride Month, and LGBTQ human rights festivals are held around the world.The colorful and colorful parades call for the creation of a gender-equal society where everyone can be themselves. 
DALIAThe Group aims to create a company where everyone can play an active role, regardless of gender, and promotes the following initiatives.

■１．Regulations

We aim to create a gender-equal work environment by stipulating the elimination of disadvantages and discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity in various regulations, and reviewing overall welfare benefits such as partnership systems and long-term care support for gender transition.

We aim to deepen employee understanding and foster an equal workplace culture by providing education on DE&I, unconscious bias, etc.

We will promote the creation of workplace and store environments that are considerate of gender diversity.

In addition, through collaboration with supporting companies and organizations, we will work to raise awareness of gender equality, including sexual minorities, in the beauty industry.

■Implementation period: Starting with changing the official SNS icon to the Pride logo in June (for a limited time), this will be gradually introduced as soon as it is ready.
